REMINDERS

• This is a MY VACCINE PASS ONLY Event
• Entry into the stadium will be controlled, and a valid vaccine pass will be required for admission of all those aged 12 yrs, 3 months and over
• Parents of athletes wanting to participate in the hurdles events are asked to arrive prior to 9:30am and help to put out the hurdles. We also ask that they help pack the hurdles away.
• There will be a BBQ run by the Olympic Club, so bring cash if you want to purchase some food
• There will (hopefully) be a coffee cart

We will publish “live results” during the meet, to a mobile phone app. This is a great way for people to see provisional results as soon as they are available, For details see: https://athleticswellington.org.nz/results/

We will accept additional season entries if there are new members wanting to take part, but they must create a season entry by 11:59pm this Wednesday 15 December.

Note: Parents can check if they have already entered their athlete for the season, by going to: https://juniorinterclubseason2021-22.eventdesq.com and under the Confirmed Entrants tab, look for the athlete name (hint: just enter a first or second name into the Keyword box and it will automatically filter the entries for that name). If the athlete name is there, the season entry is complete. If the athlete name is not there, they must enter for the season in the Home tab at the link above
