Course Map
Wellington Harrier Athletic Club are the hosts for this teams relay event.
The event is staged from the Wind Needle on the corner of Evans Bay Parade and Cobham Drive
Change Zone and Headquarters
Teams are 5 runners per team, running a mix of 5km and 3km laps that total 21km.
The 10 age grades run together, making for a compact and competitive day of racing.
2022 highlights.
Children’s Relay has 3 divisions: Girls, Boys, Mixed.
The Children’s Relay is for runners aged 10 to 13 on the day of the race.
For all other events, the minimum age is 14 on the day of the race.
60s grade is now Open Masters 60.
Running on the cycleway is not permitted. This receives the same 2 minute time penalty as running on the road.
Please park on the surrounding streets rather than the marina.
