This meet is a World Athletics Continental Tour Challenger Meet. The Permit meet events are Shot and Discus
The event is held at the Sola Power Throwing Academy facilities – corner Whites Line East and Randwick Road, Woburn, Lower Hutt
All four Throws events are catered for in this one day meeting
PROGRAMME:(approx. times only – it may vary slightly on the day due to entry)
9.30 – 10.00am – athlete warm up & opening/welcoming
10.00 – 11.30am: Shot Put (W) & Hammer (M)
11.30 – 1.00pm: Discus (W)
1.00 – 2.00pm: Shot Put (M) & Hammer (W)
2.00 – 3.30pm: Discus (M)
3.30 – 4.30pm: Javelin (Combined)
