TIME: 9.30am (welcoming), followed by first event at 10am
VENUE: Sola Power Throwing Academy, Cnr Whites Line East and Randwick Road, Lower Hutt
EVENTS ON THE DAY: Men’s/Women’s: Discus, Hammer, Shot Put and Javelin.
PROGRAMME:(approx times only – it may vary slightly on the day)
9.30 – 10.00am – athlete warm up & opening/welcoming
10.00 – 11.30am: Shot Put (W) & Discus (M)
11.30 – 1.00pm: Javelin (Combined)
1.00 – 2.30pm: Discus (W) & Shot Put (M)
2.30-3.30pm: Hammer (M)
3.30-5.00pm: Hammer (W)
PLEASE NOTE:
1. Event will be sanctioned and official results recorded
2. Competition is for 14 years upwards (as at day of competition in February)COST: $10 per event
PRIZES: Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for each event.PAYMENTS: pay online to the Sola Power Throwing Academy Account: 01-0505-0329485-00
