Wellington Athletes selected for New Zealand Out of Stadia team
Wellington Athletes named to represent Athletics NZ in out Stadia World Championships events. Athletics & Cycling Masterton Club member Debbie Donald who is coached by renown AUS marathon runner Lisa Weightman, will represent NZL at the World Half Marathon in Riga Latvia on 1 October. Wellington based Napier athlete Eric Speakman has been selected to run the 5km at the same Road event. Three athletes from Wellington Paul Hewitson [Whac] and James Inwood {A&C Masterton] in Men’s team and Fiona Hayvice [Scottish] for women have also been named to compete in the 2023 IAU 24HR Worlds in Chinese Taipei in early December
