Board Vacancies
There will be two vacant Board Member positions (one appointed and one elected) at the 2022 AGM. Applications for these positions close on 5 July 2022. Note: The current President (Karen Gillum-Green) and Vice President (Sharee Jones) will have completed one year of their two-year terms.
Notices of Motion
Proposed motions (including proposed alterations to the Constitution and other items of business) are to be received by Athletics New Zealand by no later than 25 July 2022.
Representation
Each club which has completed the Club registration process and paid its Club Affiliation fee by 5 July 2022 will be eligible to vote at the 2022 AGM. Clubs may have more than one representative at the AGM, but each club will receive one vote.
