Five to represent Athletics Wellington in Nuku Ora Awards
As Athletics Wellington’s are proud to announce a list of five representatives as finalists for the 2022 Wellington Sport and Recreation Awards.
- Will Anthony – Emerging Sportsman of the Year finalist
- Max Abbot – Emerging Sportsman of the Year finalist
- Elizabeth Hewitt – Emerging Sportswoman of the Year finalist
- Shaka Sola – Coach of the Year finalist
- Corran Hanning – Emerging Sportsman of the Year finalist & Disabled Sportsperson of the Year finalist
Awards Dinner
The 2022 Wellington Sport and Recreation Awards are being held on Tuesday 5th July at the TSB Bank Arena. The awards promise to be an entertaining night of celebration and recognition attended by Wellington’s top sporting achievers and local community heroes.
