To apply for an Athletics New Zealand Record please check the following record ratification process and requirements HERE
To apply for an Athletics Wellington Senior and Senior age grade Record please complete the Application form to have a record verified. Please fill out: Here
Section A is all that is required if the athletes sets a record at an Athletics Wellington or Athletics NZ Championships event, or Oceania or World Athletics approved events
To apply for a Wellington Masters Athletics record go to the Wellington Masters Records page and their application form at the base of the records page HERE
Notification of the record to Athletics Wellington is the athletes responsibility.
