This meeting will now stage the Athletics Wellington 5,000m Championships.
Pre Entry will be required for the 5,000m Championships.
The fifth in a series of six twilight track meets for Wellington clubs and colleges. Free for club members affiliated to Athletics Wellington that pay the summer track levy. Entry is also free to athletes from Wellington College, St Pat’s town, St Pat’s Silverstream and Rongotai.
All athletes will use their competition bib ID allocated for Newtown Park season use. Athletes who are not club members or college athletes from other schools or have not been allocated their 2022-2023 competition Bib ID are asked to check in at the Technical room to ensure entry.

Entries close at 11.59pm Sunday 5 February 2023. There will be no late entries accepted, and no entries on the day.
The event is open to all registered athletes aged 16 years or over as at 31 December 2023. Athletes from other centres may enter, but will not be eligible for titles. Athletics Wellington titles will be awarded in age brackets: U18, U20, Senior, Masters 35-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
